用途
适用于BOPP/PVC/PE/透明胶带/美纹纸/双面胶带/牛皮纸胶带等之分切。

1．主机传动部分：采用AC马达搭配变频器作为切卷材料传动，加减速稳定快速。
2．中央控制单元：使用可程序中央控制，同轴中可设定多种尺寸自动转换切割。
3．操作面板部分：操作接口采用LCD触控屏10寸，可直接在屏幕上设定各种切卷条件及运转状况。
4．电机控制系统：中央控制系统为PLC可程式控制器，同轴中可设定多种尺寸，电脑于切割时自动调整切割宽度。
5．切卷定位系统：使用日、欧洲系列品牌伺服马达控制，高精度滚珠螺杆进行尺寸定位及使用线性滑轨承载刀座。定位动作**平顺。
6．进刀定位系统：使用日、欧洲系列品牌伺服马达控制进刀方式，可拟人化做三段式速度进刀切卷。提高效率并得到**好品质。
7．圆刀角度调整：使用日、欧洲系列品牌伺服马达计算圆刀角度转向，因应不同材料做不同角度变化(角度调整范围±8°) 当切割平面不佳时，可直接变换切割角度。可减少换刀次数，提高生产效率。
8．快速换轴装置：本机器有三种切割轴可供选用，采用快速换轴方式，因应不同材料需求。
