7075铝板特性
7075铝板属Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系超硬铝，7075合金是20世纪40年代末期**已应用于飞机制造业，至今仍在航空工业上得到广泛应用的超高强度变形铝合金。其特点是，固溶处理后塑性好，热处理强化效果特别好，在150℃以下有高的强度，并且有特别好的低温强度；焊接性能差；有应力腐蚀开裂倾向；需经包铝或其他保护处理使用。双级时效可提高合金抗应力腐蚀开裂的能力。在退火和刚淬火状态下的塑性稍低于同样状态的2A12.稍优于7A04，板材的静疲劳.缺口敏感，应力腐蚀性能优于7A04，其中以7075-T651状态尤为上品，被誉为铝合金中优良的产品，强度高，远胜于软钢。此合金具有良好的机械性能及阳极反应，是典型的航空航天**铝合金材料。 7075铝板用途 7075铝板用于制造飞机结构及其他要求强度高、抗蚀性能强的高应力结构件，如飞机上、下翼面壁板，桁条，隔框等。固溶处理后塑性好，热处理强化效果特别好，在150℃以下的有高的强度，并且有特别好的低温强度，焊接性能差,有应力腐蚀开裂倾向,双级时效可提高抗SCC性能。
