一、开槽参数 (tank **p parameters)

NaOH：50～70g/L

JR－SD03：20～30g/L（水剂/ liquid）

二、控制参数 (controlling parameters)

游离碱（free alkali）：55~70g/L

AL3+：＞45 g/L

温度（Temperature）：45～60℃

时间（Time）：5～15 min

三、维护和管理 (maintenance and control)

1、生产中可根据铝材加工量来添加NaOH、JR-SD03。一般情况下，每生产一吨铝型材，消耗NaOH: 30－45kg；JR-SD03: 5~8kg。

NaOH and JR-SD03 chemical should be added depending on the quantity of the aluminium profile. Under normal situation, for one ton aluminium profile, the consumption of NaOH is 30 – 45 kgs, JR－SD03 is 5 – 8kgs.
